How Do I Access My Halogen Account?

If you’re logged onto the DPH or UCSF network and are using Internet Explorer you should be able to log into Halogen without having to enter a password (click here). If this doesn’t work send an email to HalogenSupport@sfdph.org and a password reset will be sent.

If you’re offsite or not using Internet Explorer you’ll need to log into Halogen manually (click here). If you’ve forgotten your password send an email to HalogenSupport@sfdph.org and a password reset will be sent.

How do I Contact User Support?

User support is available by emailing HalogenSupport@sfdph.org Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. Sorry, at the present time we have no telephone support.
